STAFF RECRUITMENT OPTION

Universal Care Staffing will screen and conduct all pre-employment checks. Our aim is to provide you with a suitable and qualified candidate matched to your needs. The added bonus, is the cost for this service may be covered by available Government wage subsidies. Depending on your needs, there is a good chance no direct recruitment fee is payable! TRAIN TO EMPLOY OPTION

We will employ suitable candidates and commence their training in Certificate III Individual Support. ​ After 2 months of training in their qualification, students will be 'hosted' by your organisation for two days a week for 4 months at almost half the cost of a Level One Community services worker. ​ This will also enable you to monitor a potential employee. ​You then have the option to employ them within your organisation or hire them through us as a 'Temp'.

TEMPORARY STAFF OPTION

Universal Care Staffing will hire our trained 'Temp'  staff to you on either a temporary or permanent basis. Your HR management costs are reduced. We manage and cover all screening, payroll, insurances and training costs. This option also gives your organisation great flexibility to meet your ongoing and constantly changing staffing requirements. We charge a weekly fee based on the number of hours our employees are at your work site.
